About me

Meet Shenia Covey, an agent of C.G. Shepherd Realty.

I started my real estate carrier in 2016 at 19 years old after a year of college. Within a year of business, I was licensed in both New Hampshire and Vermont as well as managing about 25 rental properties. Now, with 7 years of experience and over 60 closed transactions, you can expect local expertise, honesty and dedication when working with me.

In 2018, I joined the Upper Valley Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors as the Communications Chair as a way to broaden my network and knowledge of the industry. Through my time on the board, I moved into the President Elect position in 2020 and most recently served as President from 2021-2022. I was awarded Realtor of the Year by the board in 2022, an honor that I cherish. It has been a pleasure to work side-by-side with so many brilliant Realtors at both our community and state levels. I also went back to college and graduated from the Community College of Vermont in 2021 with my Associates in Business, a degree I pursued to compliment my real estate career.

Shenia went above and beyond to make everything go as smooth as possible. We live out of state and Shenia took care of everything Including items that were outside the scope of a an ordinary agent. I would highly recommend Shenia to anyone looking for the best real estate agent out there

Shenia was a pleasure to work with! She’s very professional, friendly and definitely knows what she’s doing. She walked me through the paperwork process which can be a little overwhelming. She kept me posted on all the showings she did. I felt very comfortable reaching out to her with all and any questions. Selling my property was a difficult decision but Shenia made the whole process a lot easier than I thought it would be. Thank you again Shenia! You did a great job!

It was such a great experience working with Shenia Covey for our first home! We all know how hard it could be in this seller’s market and as a first time homebuyer. Shenia helped us through from the start until the end with lots of advices along the whole journey. She is very dedicated and it was such a pleasure to work with her. It only took us about 4 months from the start of the search to closing!!! She excelled at communication (also great at listening to what we are looking for), updates, and reminders. **WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH HER AGAIN**

Shenia was incredibly helpful and friendly -- both very necessary in the chaos of the current housing market. She was always flexible and helped ensure that we were able to see homes early and were prepared to present strong offers. She was incredibly tolerant of our silly questions and helped keep us on track despite inexperience on our part. In a market where houses went on Thursday, showed Saturday, and stopped accepting offers Monday, we never felt rushed or pressured, but were well prepared and confident.

My husband and I live in California and purchased a condo in New Hampshire. Because we couldn't be there in person for all of the showings, the walk through, and the closing, it was important to have a realtor that we could really rely on. Shenia was so helpful and was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to represent us and look out for our best interest. She was easy to reach, very responsive, and even after closing continues to be so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Shenia.
